1. Register and login.

2. Select the static residential plan on the pricing page and select the location and number.

3. Select the appropriate payment method to submit.

4. Click on "User & Pass Auth" and select the "Static Residential Plan."

5. Select IP and Users, and click "Generate."

6. Then click the copy link.
