   Subject to your acceptance of and continuing compliance with this Agreement, 911Proxy grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the website, dashboard, proxy network, APIs, software, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Services") during your active subscription or authorized trial.

   The license is granted only for your own lawful personal, research, or commercial purposes and remains subject to the features, traffic, concurrency, locations, duration, and other technical limits of your plan. No ownership right is transferred to you.

   You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

   You must provide accurate and current registration, billing, and verification information. You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, API keys, proxy credentials, and verification methods, and for all activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared outside your organization without our written permission.

   Access to paid Services requires a valid payment method or sufficient account balance. Prices, taxes, billing cycles, renewals, usage measurement, and plan-specific restrictions are presented at checkout or in the dashboard. You authorize 911Proxy and its payment providers to charge amounts due under your selected plan.

   Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases, renewals, unused traffic, and account balances are non-refundable unless they qualify under the separate Refund Policy. Refunds are not available for paid trials, expired resources, abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of this Agreement. Failure to pay may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of the Services.

   You may use the Services only for lawful and legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, third-party rights, website terms, platform rules, and the limits displayed in your plan or dashboard. You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended use is permitted.

   To protect availability and performance for all customers, 911Proxy may apply reasonable rate, concurrency, bandwidth, destination, or resource limits; replace unavailable IP resources; and manage traffic that threatens network stability, security, or service quality.

   The Services may enable access to data, websites, content, and resources operated by third parties. 911Proxy does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee that third-party content, and this Agreement does not grant you rights to collect, copy, store, use, or distribute it.

   You are solely responsible for obtaining required permissions and for respecting privacy, personal data, intellectual property, contractual, technical, and access restrictions that apply to third-party content and target services.

   You must not use, assist, encourage, or enable use of the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity, including spam; phishing; credential theft or account takeover; unauthorized access or security testing; malware; denial-of-service attacks; infringement of privacy, personal data, copyright, trademark, or other rights; exploitation or harm of minors; harassment; surveillance without lawful authority; sanctions evasion; or distribution of illegal content.

   You must not disrupt or overload the Services; bypass access, billing, security, or usage controls; conceal a violation; use automated means against the 911Proxy platform except through authorized APIs; reverse engineer or modify the Services; resell, sublicense, lease, or provide the Services to third parties without written authorization; or use the Services to build or operate a competing proxy service.

   911Proxy and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, source code, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, and all updates, copies, modifications, and derivative works. Except for the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement, no rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

   You may not remove proprietary notices or reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from the Services unless applicable law expressly permits it or 911Proxy gives prior written consent. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without restriction or compensation.

   Any software supplied as part of the Services is licensed, not sold, and may be used only with the Services under this Agreement. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, circumvent copy protection, or attempt to discover source code or underlying algorithms except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

   You are responsible for compatible devices, operating systems, applications, network access, configuration, and security. Older software versions may stop functioning or be required to update when necessary for security, compliance, or compatibility.

   Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. You are independently responsible for providing required notices, establishing a lawful basis, honoring data-subject rights, and meeting any other privacy or data-protection obligations arising from your use of the Services.

   You agree to provide information reasonably requested for identity, payment, anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, abuse, or legal compliance checks. We may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement, and other competent authorities.

   911Proxy may use automated and manual controls to protect the Services, customers, providers, and third parties; detect abuse; investigate suspected violations; preserve evidence; and enforce this Agreement. These controls may include reviewing account information, destinations, traffic metadata, usage patterns, and support interactions as permitted by applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

   We may request additional verification, restrict destinations or features, remove resources, or take other proportionate measures when reasonably necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later.

   911Proxy may immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated this Agreement or applicable law; created security, legal, reputational, or operational risk; failed verification or payment; caused disruption; or exposed 911Proxy, its providers, customers, or third parties to harm.

   You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to plan cancellation and payment terms. When this Agreement or your account ends, the license ends immediately and you must stop using the Services and uninstall supplied software. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." 911Proxy disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

   911Proxy does not guarantee that any IP, location, target, feature, result, third-party content, or software integration will remain available, meet your requirements, or produce a particular outcome. You assume the risks of your use and are responsible for appropriate legal, security, and technical safeguards.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, 911Proxy, its affiliates, licensors, providers, and their personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or use, even if advised that such loss may occur.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, their total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid to 911Proxy for the affected Services during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

   To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 911Proxy, its affiliates, licensors, providers, and their personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Services, your data or third-party content, your violation of this Agreement or applicable law, or your infringement of another person's rights.

   You may not access or use the Services in violation of export-control, import, trade-restriction, or economic-sanctions laws. You represent that you are not a prohibited or restricted person and are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a jurisdiction where providing the Services would be unlawful.

   911Proxy may modify the Services or this Agreement for legal, security, operational, or business reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the website, dashboard, email, or another reasonable channel and will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Services before then.

   This Agreement, together with the order details and policies expressly incorporated into it, forms the entire agreement concerning the Services and replaces prior agreements on the same subject. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. You may not assign this Agreement without written consent; 911Proxy may assign it as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of its business. Section titles are for convenience only.
